05 Is this covered by insurance?
To protect your privacy and ensure discretion, we do not bill insurance companies directly. We operate on a direct-pay model to prevent testing information from appearing on your insurance claims history.
06 What if I test positive?
You have options. If your results require follow-up, you can choose to print your results and take them to a provider of your choice, or you can schedule a telehealth appointment with a LUST provider for clinical guidance and next steps. When treatment is appropriate, LUST also has preferred pharmacy partners that can make prescription fulfillment and convenient shipment to your home easier. 07 Why are swabs included in some LUST panels?
Certain infections can be present at different body sites. Targeted swab collection can allow testing of specific sites, such as oral or rectal sites, rather than relying on a single sample type.

Tasso is designed to make blood collection more convenient outside of a traditional healthcare setting. LUST LABS selected this collection method to help make blood-based testing easier and more accessible from home.
